"BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to Deka Lash. I have had a ton of experience with lashes and brows as I am a mom with 3 daughters. I am very well versed in these services. Deka Lash technicians are poorly trained and inexperienced. Their products are low quality and leave you with inferior results. Definitely stay away from LILY. She will botch you up beyond repair. Angie and Nicole are incredibly unpleasant to deal with. There are plenty of Lash and Eyebrow salons out there. Pick another one. Trust me, you do not want to be a victim of deka Lash."

"First of all let me say the girl who did my lashes was very sweet and this review is t directed toward her. But as far as the facility and the company as a whole it is trash. They signed me up for a membership and double charged, then I got an eye infection on my lash line from what I can only assume was either the weight of to many lashes on my lash or the irritation from them being placed to close to my lash line on a few lashes, in turn I had to remove my lashes. I changed my appointment and that was fine but they said they would have to use my points. Then I had a new appointment for Monday but I still had my eye infection. Being they are closed on sundays I was unable to cancel or move my appointment so when I called early Monday they stated that it didn’t matter that I couldn’t get in touch with them sooner they were still going to charge my card, I asked if they could use the rest of my points and she stated no they would charge my card and before I could even get off the phone with her she was already trying to charge my card. Terrible service and a terrible company"

"My lash artist was Lillie and she was amazing! She really took her time and listened to my concerns. She made me feel super comfortable with the process (my first time getting lashes) and asked multiple times throughout the service if I was still okay. She did a great job and I’m definitely hooked and will be returning to see Lillie again!"

"This was my first time to this place and I really really wanted to love it but I was really disappointed. I mean I got a Groupon so I should have known better. But still I felt like the point is to retain customers and get them to come back and I can honestly say I won’t be back. The girl Julia was really really nice. However my apt was at 11:30 and she didn’t get started till around 11:40/11:45. I wanted the truexpress which I was told is only 50% of your lashes which is fine but I was very clear I wanted a cat eye so you would think the main part would be the outer corners. Nope she stopped literally 3mm until the corners which to me was not what I wanted and didn’t really look right on my eyes. It was already an hour and a half later and absolutely freezing in there. But the worst part is that I brushed them with the brush I purchased from them and within a hour they started falling out. Really upset bc I really wanted to love lash extensions so hopefully it’s just this place and other places will be better. Update. Went back to get them fixed they’re all still falling out even though I loved the girl who did it the second time and the shape but they’re all falling out. Second picture"
