"Response to managements feedback: I didn’t want the ombré. I wanted what I asked to get. They are my nails and I wanted to get what I liked. The upsale was the ombré, plus a manicure, plus a silver polish design, plus a pedicure. Yes I did say I was satisfied upon leaving and I also tipped. However I did not study my nails close enough to see all the flaws. They looked good from far away and I should have looked closer. The gel did not rub off, it was filed off. You can’t honestly look at the pictures and say that is acceptable work. I got the nails done on November 2nd and they look like garbage by November 8th. Technically before then but this is when I posted the picture/review. I will not have the money refunded because she did the work, it was just done very poorly and I will not be back. I went in to get my nails done around 5:30pm and immediately felt rushed. I had services from Ann. She cut my cuticles multiple times with the nail drill, it was on super high and she was going way too fast. Kept trying to upsale multiple times. I paid $60 for my nails to be lumpy, uneven, some are rounded and some are flat. There are air bubbles and black specs all over. The sides are uneven and missing polish. So disappointed especially since this is the closest one. But I will not be back. Absolutely ridiculous."
