"I do not recommend this salon or stylist Madison Wright. I visited this salon on 10/8/2021. I’ve been getting blonde highlights with a root tap for years. I like a bright blonde look (but not platinum blonde) with dimension so I trade off doing partial & full highlights. I recently moved & booked a partial highlight & cut with Madison Wright. I arrived with multiple photos of my previous highlights, photos of the highlights on models, & the cut I was requesting which was the same cut I had but a few inches shorter. She showed me a picture of her work & I said yes please copy that. What my hair ended up looking like was nothing like we communicated about. In all my years of getting partial highlights I’ve always had the stylist highlight the front & top section of my hair as well as a small section around my neck. This way, when you pull your hair up the highlights look seamless all the way around. This is important for a seamless look especially in a hot climate where one would most likely wear their hair up frequently. Madison did not do this; I thought this was industry standard. While highlighting, she dropped a giant dollop of bleach on my hair & quickly tried to fix her mistake before I noticed. When she did my root tap, she tapped the dye on & brushed it through my hair basically erasing any of the highlights she just did. She also got hair dye all over the sides of my mask. When I was walking back to the chair, this is when I initially noticed my hair looked off. I had splotchy brassy blonde pieces in the front with huge dark roots & a harsh blonde line from where she brushed down all of the root tap. I wanted to see what it looked like dried though. While she was drying my hair, I could tell how horrible the work was. I went from a bright blonde with a layered haircut to a brassy blonde with an all uneven barely layered haircut. I was so upset. In addition, I could tell my hair was unbelievably brittle & dry. Every other time I’ve gotten highlights my hair has always been so silky & smooth after leaving the salon. When asked how I liked the look, I stated I did not like it. Her response was “I don’t understand what you don’t like this, it is exactly what you asked for”. This made me feel so incredibly horrible as a client; like apparently all of this was my fault. She only offered to fix the cut, not the color. Madison did block me so I am unable to message her at all which I do not believe is professional. I am so upset by the whole situation!"

"Beautiful salon & spa. Great stylists. They also offer massage therapy. Chantal is wonderful ! She is very experienced in relaxing & deep tissue massage. If you have injuries as I do, I highly recommend her. You will feel better."
