"One the employees that works there is deeply troubled and is probably the rudest person I've ever encountered. First, she walked by and made a very rude comment about my appearance. I'm pretty sure it was about me because there was nobody else in the isle. I wanted to tell her to look in the mirror before commenting on anyone else's looks, but I said nothing. A few moments later, she walked by and rudely asked what I was looking for, and when I answered her, she rolled her eyes and walked away. I said nothing. The last straw was when I was walking down the main isle. She walked towards me, purposely almost bumped into me, and then took a deep breath like she had to hold herself back. I immediately dropped my things and walked out. I left feeling pretty upset, but then I thought...at least I'm not an angry middle aged bully working at a Family Dollar. Moral of the story...shop somewhere else. There are plenty of bad reviews written about this woman and management obviously doesn't care."

"Bought a picture frame yesterday, went back to my local Family Dollar just now to exchange it for something else, I was supprized when I was informed that I must return it to the store I bought it from, a few miles away. New experience for me . I assumed chain stores are different to independently owned stores. Disappointed. Won't use this company much in the future."

"Every one here is very sweet. Except this black lady with blonde hair she has not worked here too long and I have not been here once with her being there without her saying something rude and complaining if she hates the job that much just leave. I hope she does"

"Easy to park outside Monday Lunchtime. The store is quite cluttered and not much space in between products. Hard to manoeuvre a big cart around. Average prices, seemed on a par with Dollar General."
