"Not pleased with the customer service or their reasonability. Two incidents, first, even though I bought all of my chemicals and misc pool items exclusively from them, when I asked for a little help programming my pool pump I was told "that is a service that we provide free if you buy the pump from us". Not like I had a choice, my contractor put it in, but didn't know how to program it. Bothers me that even though I was a customer, he just dismissed me and said, is there anything else I can do for you? Years later I asked for a pool cleaning service quote, we agreed on a higher price than my old company (went out of business) was charging me. Long story short, the guy that came out did a really bad job. There was debris by the 10,000's on the pool floor and the hot tub. He showed me the picture that the pool guy took from an odd angle that id not show much of the pool bottom at all and virtually none of the hot tub and said "it looks pretty clean to me". The problem is that he didn't want to hear that his guy simply did not know how to vacuum properly. I even sent him good pictures of all the debris and his response was "that was two hours after the service". Anyone that has a pool will tell you that stuff that freshly blows into a pool will be at the surface for a long time before coming to a rest as the bottom. Despite this, it was like talking to a wall with absolutely no interest in taking a true interest in the quality of the service, like going 5 blocks away to see the pool for himself, to see what, if anything, could have been done better."
