I had to bring my 2 yr old , which I normally don't but didn't have a choice this time and they were so good with her and they ended up painting her toes . She loved it! No finger nails just yet she still sticks them in her mouth but she's old enough I will bring her in for her finger nails."

He even gifted me a bottle of cuticle oil to keep. Will be coming back again and again."

"I had a full dip set done on Friday, 1.5.24. By Thursday, 1.11.24 only 6 days later, one pointer finger complete popped off opening a box. Friday morning, 1.12.24 the 2nd pointer finger popped off while putting my hair in a towel turban. I went to the salon to have them fix both nails and they charged $8 for the fix (for only 7 days worth of product). 2 hours after my appointment on Friday night my middle finger chipped on my right hand. My middle finger on my left began lifting on Saturday, 1.13.24 and is currently being held on by super glue and this morning, Sunday, 1.14.24 my thumb chipped just by opening my coffee creamer. Friday the 5th was my first time at this salon and because they wouldn’t correct their first mistake w/out charging, and now because all the other nails are failing I definitely won’t be back. They used Pyramid products on the unsuspecting customer but when I needed the fix, the tech used SNS. The SNS nails are holding, all the rest are hanging on for dear life. Demand better. Go to some place using better products."

"I did NOT enjoy my dip nail experience here on 9/29. The nail tech I had commented several times about how slow they had been that day and now I see why. The dip was uneven and chunky, the filing was uneven, my cuticle was cut/bleeding with the filer… I wish I would’ve asked for them to be redone or for a refund on the spot but I was too embarrassed and just left. When I got back to my car, I took these photos and immediately drove to another nail salon to get them fixed. They were shocked to see the how poorly my nails were done. They couldn’t repair them so they had to be removed and completely redone again. So now my $50 nails are $100 nails (before tip) and while I’m much happier with them now I’m not happy having paid $49.50 + tip for absolutely nothing."

"Just left. The first time I came here it was great. I had a younger girl help me and she did and amazing job taking care of my ingrown toenail and getting everything shaped correctly. Her massage was excellent. Came back a second time and it was just subpar. My toes are okay but I didn’t even get the foot massage or my tea during pedicure. If I got a massage it was unrecognizable. And I just wanted a natural nail for my manicure and left with my cuticles and nails looking very ragged. The manager was nice and attentive and the woman who did my nails was nice but the service was basically what I can do at home."
