"These guys are all about life-work balance (theirs!) They give themselves ample vacation time and miss weeks of maintenance. Their solution is to dump extra chlorine. They do not vacuum or brush."
"On many occasions the pool tech did not come for his weekly maintenance work. There is always an excuse! Today, we receive a notice that he was here and with both my husband and I working poolside, I can assure you he did not come. Pictures prove my statement. Sadly, this is still unresolved and I am frustrated and am no longer comfortable with this company."
