"I went to this location for the first time on Monday. I made a point of saying I did not want my hair red tones in my hair. "Oh I am going to do it Mocha. It will look like chocolate". In the salon lighting it looked fine. Later that night I noticed there is red it. I colored it medium brown cool because I DO NOT want it red. Instead of doing roots next time the whole thing has to be colored. Hillary told me it was going to cost $82. I thought it was because she was coloring my entire head. No I got charged $12 for toner which I was not told about. If I recall you are supposed to sit for a while with toner on your hair. I got charged for something that was not even used. If I had paid with a credit card I would have notified the credit company. I am not happy."
"I hate getting my haircut!!! Today I went in and Sherry, Beth and Elaine, I think that's her name, has red hair. Anyway, Sherry cut my hair. I have to say that not only did Sherry cut my hair beautifully but these girls...I had an utter blast with them. Thank you to you all for such a Fantastic experience. Pun intended xoxo"
