"I recommend for anyone to be very careful choosing this salon and especially while being scheduled with which or whoever stylist. That’s in order to make sure that you don’t get told that ‘YOU DON’T FIT IN THAT SALON SINCE THIS SPECIFIC STYLIST SAID SO.’ That just since you weren’t completely satisfied with the service. And so that the stylist doesn’t ban you from the whole salon because we had a disagreement this time and I wasn’t happy with how dark my hair color was and how too blonde and then too faded the color of the highlights ended being!! And that happened last month after more than ‘15 years seeing that same stylist’ and I always appreciated what she did for me!!! And to my greatest surprise salon management accepted her decision to forbid clients from seeing other stylists in the salon because of the FIT!! And what did she mean by FIT after all those years?!! In this day and time are there salons and businesses performing in this manner? Yet in spite of what she asked the receptionist to tell me about the FIT, I chose to keep her name anonymous!!"
