"We recently built a home and Casa Pools installed our pool. We worked with Jerry who helped us design, what we believe, is a fantastic pool and addition to our home. He provided valuable insight and helped us make some great decisions. It is normal to have a few hiccups, during any building project and we had a couple, but when they did we felt they were handled very professionally. Thank you Jerry and Casa Pools!"

"Had Casa pools install our pool 9 years ago. That surface(crystal Crete) is awful looking, has a 10 year warranty but Casa pools will not honor the warranty. I have had three different companies give me an estimate and all three have told me to get N attorney and force them to honor the warranty. Seems to be a shame they will stand behind their work. They didn’t even have the courtesy to look at the pool before not honoring the warranty! Please do not contract this company to do any work for you. You will be sorry!!!!"

"Been working Casa pools for over a year now. Their staff is very helpful and consistent. I know when I call Chip what he says is accurate and timely! And I am always happy to see Stephanie working on my customers pools! They both do great things for us and our customers!"

"Casa created my favorite space for my brand new house. From beginning to end, everyone was great. Great communication, did what they said they would when they said they would do it, and built a beautiful pool, lanai and cage. We were limited on buildable space and Jerry delivered a perfect design, and the crew executed it seamlessly."

"In Aug of 2018 I hired casa pools for an in-ground pool. They are a small operation but we're the most affordable at that time. I asked Brad when the estimated date of completion would be and he advised the ending of December. On October I started calling Casa Pools because work had not been started yet. Casa pools can provide you an inexpensive in-ground pool because they outsource majority of their work to different contractors. Some of the contractors they have are considerate while others treat your back yard as a construction site leaving empty bottles, cigarette butts, etc thrown in your yard. Because the work is outsourced you are now on their schedule and there are days even weeks before you see anyone else or any job is completed. During this time no one is communicating with you or providing information or even tentative dates or times. My issue with the concrete pads they built after the sod was installed. The concrete pads were poorly constructed. It looked like a rush job and the job was done poorly. I expressed my concerns and I asked why did they send the sod guy here if they hadn’t built the concrete pads yet? I personally received no response to my email but my husband called the next morning and Brad reassured him he received my email and was on it. Two weeks had passed and we heard nothing. My husband called again and Brad told him that he was still working on it. On February 27th Donna from Casa Pools service emailed me stating we needed to schedule the final inspection at which time I told her I expressed concerns to Brad about the concrete pads being so high and Honestly don’t think they will pass the inspection. She advised she was speaking with Brad and would get back to me. A few hours later on 2/27 Brad called and asked if they could just bring down the concrete pad and make it even with the ground at which I advised him to speak to my husband. Per my husband this wasn't acceptable as the yard hard to be graded. So he did not agree to this. On 2/28 we were scheduled for pool lessons with Mark from Casa Pools. My husband expressed his concerns about the concrete pads and d saw the concrete pads and agreed with my husband that they weren't done properly. He advised he was going back to the office to discuss with them. When we came home and saw what they did we were even more disappointed and concerned. They pulled up the sod that was recently installed and adhering to the ground added a bag of dirt and made a hill. They didn't fix the issue. They did not address the over poured concrete and now the sod is back to being patchy and it just doesn’t look right. When a customer pays $38k plus for a pool guy except a good job. Decent job. Not a job that diminishes all the hard work and efforts all the other sub-contractors did. These concrete pads looked like a ten year old child made them. They even got concrete on the new gutter. I have worked very hard to pay for this pool. These are factors that should be taken when providing customer service. There should be PRIDE in their name and service. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and responses I have received from Casa Pools. If you decide like many to go with Casa Pools make sure you have an open line of communication. It was always my husband or I calling them to seek information or time frames. Make sure you have dates and times and estimated time frames. It’s now seven months from the date of hire and we’re still here. Seven months of patience, frustration, and not knowing. In the end my budget only allowed me to go with Casa Pools. I don’t want anyone to go through the experience we went and it’s the not knowing and hassles and feeling like a burden that make the difference. Casa should have definitely provided more information and communication as well as scheduled things accordingly. The sod should have been done after the concrete pads. The thought process wasn't fully executed because we were just a number."
