"Tried for 2 weeks to get a script filled. Kept being delayed or cancelled. Finally got a real person but she put it in for Bradenton. Got someone who said she would put it right in and would have it in an hour and a half. 2 days later I'm told it's not in stock and will be several more days. Was not told this any of the 3 times I spoke to pharmacists, who was different each time. They also didn't check another store. Took 2 days to get them to cancel the prescription so I could wait another week for my mail order pharmacy."
"Staff is evil, vindictive, lazy and incompetent, or cruel. They will have you wait in line for multiple hours only for them to put information in wrong. If you show discontent for their poor performance and actions, they will put a hold on your medication despite them affecting your life. I hope they get shut down."
"this is by far the worst and most disobedient and disrespectful pharmacy staff that I have ever met in my life...its devil without a cause not only are they slow rarely answer the phone but very sassy with you when its finally your turn to receive your meds...the manager needs to clean house! hire staff that's more customer oriented. After being disrespected the 1st time I knew I would rather drive way to fort Myers and receive better service and treated better then to ever come back to this place !!!!"
