"I got my hair done with her in August- balayage, tone, cut, & olaplex treatment. I absolutely loved my hair. I tried to rebook with her a month later, she confirmed my appointment and said she had to reschedule due to an emergency. No problem, I sent her dates I was available. Never got back to me. I messaged and called numerous times and Never responded to rebook my cancelled appointment. This same experience happened to my friend, so it wasn’t just a one time thing."
