"Unfortunately the reviews I’ve read on FL nail did not leave me happy after my services done. I came in for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was met with tools being dropped on the ground, then used on my feet immediately after. The guy Jimmy started working on my hands while getting my pedicure done so I felt I wasn’t able to completely relax and close my eyes and enjoy the pedicure massage that is part of the package I chose. When met with Jimmy to do finish my manicure, I told him I wanted an overlay French ombré with pictures shown because these are my wedding nails. He kept reassuring me that everything will be fine, but I would show him spots where the acrylic was missing on my nail, but he kept telling me don’t worry. I ended up bleeding underneath my index finger from how much glue was used to peel off my skin underneath. Then he continued with nail polish on the acrylic - he made me feel I could trust him in the process. After leaving, I almost wanted to cry. They ended up bubblegum pink because he kept saying these will be very nice wedding nails, a very nice wedding color. I haven’t got my nails done in a very long time, I felt I just had to pay and leave. After continuously looking more and more, I regret leaving and paying. I immediately went to another salon in Town Center hoping someone would be able to fix it. Polish nail bar in town center saved my wedding nails and were able to use the exact technique with SNS overlay and colors i asked after showing the exact same picture shown to FL nail. I called to see if I can get a refund because of how bad I realized the nails were, and they said no refund, I can only come in for them to get fixed - but after seeing the work ethic and cleanliness and quality, I did not want to come back. I’m very sad this was my experience in trying to get my nails done for my wedding, and I felt no matter what I pointed out, it would’ve been taken care of. There were a lot of “trust me’s” said for it to turn out this way."
