"Never again! When I get my hair cut I don't expect clumps of hair from the prior customer to fall with mine. He had a head of grey hair and mine is brown. I expect things to be clean, maybe sanitized. She even used the same comb on my head! That's nasty! She cleaned nothing before cutting my hair. She had already started before I noticed. She didn't even put anything around my neck before she put the apron on. All the prior people's nastiness rubbing around my neck! I came home and took a shower after. Just nasty!"

The woman in charge of cutting my hair helped me despite being well past her time to leave, and was very concerned with doing with good job, even if I assured her I wasn’t picky! Anything would be better than what I came in with! But she sought out the help of another hairdresser, and he gave her advice and helped cut my hair… they were a treat to listen to and I really enjoyed my experience. Very kind, charming and caring staff. Thank you!"
