"I contacted BB salon the day of getting my hair done I love that when I got there I had already told Karla my braider that I don’t like sitting long and I wanted bigger plaits because of that reason. She reassured me that she was a fast braider so no need to make them big and my hair was thick and long so she was done in 4 hours. I love my hair and BB FOR WORKING WITH ME"
"Beware...the same stylists that previously received the great reviews are no longer there. I went in to get box braids on September 11th and it was not a good experience. I had 2 stylists working on my hair and it still took over 9hrs, and they look more like knotless braids than box braids. They started off good, but the braids got larger and more bulky as they got to the front of my head. They are too heavy & I immediately started removing them when I arrived home. Definitely not worth $200!"
