Diamonds Hair Cartel is a premier beauty salon and hair care institution located at 2137 Phoenix Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing top-notch services to help you achieve your desired look.
Please note that Javascript must be enabled to use our services. You will receive an email and text confirmation of your appointment, as well as a reminder text 5-6 hours before your scheduled time. It is important to come alone to your appointment, as we do not allow children, boyfriends, or family members to accompany you.
We have a strict late policy to ensure that all appointments run smoothly. A 15-minute tardiness will result in a $15 fee, and a 25-minute delay will require you to reschedule. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked services. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your final total.
For appointments after 6:30pm, there is an additional NightShift fee. This can be booked under VIP APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Please be aware that any cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit and a $30 fine.
To secure future appointments, an additional $25 deposit is required through our booking app. We strive to provide the best service possible and appreciate your cooperation in following our policies.
