"We have been using Economy Pools for our pool service and weekly cleaning for over 4 years now. All of their techs are well mannered and very knowledgeable. Each week I receive a report from their visit. In the past, if I have had a problem with anything, all I had to do is call them and it was taken care of. I recommend them highly."
"I have had an awful time with this company. The service has been real poor for the last year and a half. They let my filter get so dirty my pool was hardly flowing. I called another company and they serviced filter properly and also straightened out water parameters which were way out of what they should be. I sent them photos of filter , receipts, and test results and the response I got was not what I would consider professional nor fair. I had to cancel service."
"I have a maintenance contract with Cool Pools and they are paid by automatic payment every month. I have a pool party tomorrow and went to check on the pool and this is what I found! The pool is full of green algae! I've tried calling but I just get voice message. I tried to find a physical address to go see if they can help me, but there is not one on the web site. I guess I am going to have to go find another pool service to provide some emergency solution to the predicament I've been left in by Cool Pools by Larry. Very disappointing."
