"Came in for a trim and there was only one employee at the time that had a guy in her chair & she seemed very off like on some type of drugs type of off. I entered the bathroom and came back out there was another employee that appeared that was off as well. My mom told me she didn’t want them to cut her hair and wanted to leave and I agreed with her. She went to use the bathroom and there was another employee that appeared that might’ve been a little more put together than the others. My mother told me that she watched the first employee that showed up put an apron on for 5 mins, we left right after the fact."
"I am so upset over my haircut. I've never had a bad haircut from you people. This time was awful. I'm sure she couldn't see over her eyelashes to see what she was doing. I'll never come back to this location again. I think she has be biggest pair of scissors I've ever seen for hair cutting. My hair is ruined."
"Great hair cut and customer service everytime I go. The staff and manager is great. I've personally witnessed how some of these Karen's treat the stylists when they don't get their way and it's sickening. God forbid, the appointment system is down or a cut needs to be touched up but they are always respectful and professional."
