"I've been going to them for Goddess Braids since 2008. I called as I always do and asked were they taking people for Goddess Braids and she said yes. I arrive at the shop and she tells me to come back 3:30 after she told me to come. I told her I would be there in 30 mins after speaking with her. She was doing mini scalp braids when I arrived which I knew she was doing when I called her. Therefore why would she tell me to come back at that specific time. When I arrived at the shop for the second time there were more people at the shop then when I went the first time .I was very agitated because I called again before going for the second time and she still said come.She was working on a different head and two women had just left with the same style that I wanted for me and my daughter. So I'm sitting there waiting for about 15 mins with no communication and her and the other ladies are talking laughing like she didn't tell me to come back at 3:30. They are very unprofessional and unorganized nobody wears mask and a snake was in the shop."

"I called first some lady required a certain hair so I went in got it . I arrived she was finishing someones hair she told me to sit and lean on a towel that had the person hair before mines on it. She removed when asked . Then I ask if she could wash her hands because she was just in someone else hair in I was told to get out it's only gel on her hands . Very rude .
