"If I could give zero stars I would. I called and asked if they had a genuine Hayward C900 filter cartridge and was told they have one left. I told him to hold it and I would be right there. I immediately got in my car and drove the 2 miles down the road to their store. Upon arriving the guy that I spoke with on the phone was standing in the entrance of the store, looked at me and asked, “are you the guy that just called about the filter” and I said yes. He then points to the storefront two doors down and says, “that property management company owns this pool supply store and heard that I was selling the filter so they grabbed it and took it in their store”! I was confused since I just spoke with him on the phone and as far as I’m concerned was given a price and assurance the filter was mine. I mean it’s not like the filter even got sold, it was just taken, for what reason I can only speculate since the store has plenty of aftermarket filters that are that same size. The only thing I can figure is they want more money than he told me over the phone. People, integrity matters especially in retail sales. You have to trust the store will be fair. There are MANY other pool supply stores in the area. I highly advise you to give your business to a store that has integrity which this store definitely does not!!!"
