"I have been coming here for 7 years and I just love it . My favorite nail tech is Lulu. She always make time to do my nails. I won't go to anyone else. I trust her so much that I let her pick my colors every time I get my nails done .not to mention, I always fall asleep when she is doing my pedicure. She has angel hands. "SAVE YOUR MONEY! These two women are of the most obnoxious I’ve ever had to suffer an hour through. Yelling across the room at each other like no one else was there, the one standing up was playing her phone music on high in her pocket and it was so disruptive. I paid $75 for an hour and left with a headache! If you want to relax, go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Tina, my gal, was amazing but I felt bad she had to work in that environment. Lots of eye rolling when I looked around at the customers and I finally asked the lady to turn her phone off so I could think straight!"

"Love love love coming here, ive been coming here for more than 5 years, to get my nails done. They treat you so nice when you come in, i love getting my nails done with LuLu she always knows what i like and when i show her the detail of things i want she always gets it right! Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails and LuLu gets it right every time. Shes quick and efficient and is always making you laugh."

"Definitely not coming back. I payed 80$ for Acrylic refill with gel polish and gel pedicure. I got this color on 11/11 and the tech told me to come back bc a girl before me got the same color for Thanksgiving and started to chip the next day, mind you I got gel. There was no issue in changing the polish since it was visible a couple of my nails were chipping. They use old nail polish and refuse to accept it. Mainly speaking for the older lady in chair #2 she’s the one that fixed my nails today. I believe shes the owner, she argued with me about charging me for a full service of pedicure since I wanted to change the brown color from my toes and refused to change the polish and only wanted to fix my big toe ( free of charge) since it’s the one that had a bubble and it’s very noticeable. She emphasized that if they mess up, I have to come back and get them fixed. ( imagine coming back every time each nail chipped) Its a huge NOOOO for me."

"My sister and I went in last minute to take off our previous sets. Once we walked in, the lady IMMEDIATELY asked us “what you want”. I let her know I wanted us to take our sets off and she then replied ok “$15 ok?” I said “ok.” She then ripped off my set with just a tip and clippers. Nothing else. She ripped off my actual nail tip and said “oop. Sorry.” Once she was done, my sister and I walked to the register then proceeded to say “$30 and tip. How much do you want to tip?” I replied with $2” she didn’t like that answer after ripping my nails to shreds. I’m NEVER. Going back in there."
