"Carl is a joke! He replaced my pump and left. I went out 5 minutes after he left to turn pump on and it is leaking. I called him 8 minutes after he left to let him no and he acted like it was my fault. Then he says I will have to reschedule so he can fix his poor workmanship. He is very rude and I would not recommend him to anyone."

"This company is a joke. Carl came to my house to set up the automations on the Pentair system we have. Calls me bud and pats me in the back (first red flag). Then he tells me that our system cannot handle a spa and a pool and a spillway because it is designed for only one body of water (in fact, it is perfectly designed for multiple bodies of water and a spillway, just take a look at the picture of our system below). Then he claims that he is a Pentair certified technician and that the people who installed our system did a poor job (second red flag), saying that because we have a pool cover, our pool equipment won't work and even if we had no pool cover it would not work either. He finally blew up our backwashing hose after doing a mistake and left without setting up anything. He ended up sending us a quote to add a second filter, a second pump, and different add-ons to our system for a whooping $9,000! I felt like it was a rip off, so I called another company who sent a technician who knows his way around pool equipment so he was able to set up our system effortlessly without changing or adding any equipment whatsoever. For a couple hundred bucks. What a difference! L Tech Pool and Spa just send you people who will try to take advantage of you if you don't pay attention. Stay away at all cost if you don't want to get scammed, and don't get fooled by the "I am your buddy" acting."

"I have a set of awesome steps. Without them I would not be able to get in / out of our pool. Carl & his son came to my home to install the steps. It was entertaining to say the least. Loved watching the father son team putting the steps together. If it wasn't right they took it apart & started again. They made sure that it was completely sturdy for me as my legs don't work as they should. When they put the steps into the water they took the extra time to insure the steps were in the correct position for me to be able to get into pool. Love them - I recommend L Tech Pool & Spa to everyone. Polite & professional people. Thank you Carl Barrow & Ericka Barrow. You both have done so much for me.
