"The tech didn't de-pressurize before changing the filter which resulted in the lid shooting through our soffit. The owners said we were lying instead of making it right. We asked for the tech and owner to meet in person to discuss which was denied. After ample time to make it right and multiple calls we gave up!! I could not in good conscience recommend them!"

"My wife left a review on here 3 months age when the job was initially “finished” so I was going to leave things along even though it was one thing after another and we constantly had “misunderstandings” as far as expectations and communication along the way with Shawn at Trident. However I am still dealing with the ramifications and extra $$$$ of their poor quality work so I have to share my frustration. Trident replaced our pool heater and pump and were supposed to install automation so that we could use the spa and heater remotely and then also replace the spa light and pool main drain cover (supposedly the guy who did their diving quit so they cancelled the main drain cover). They replaced the equipment and installed automation which I came to find out did not allow me to actually turn on the spa OR pool heater remotely STILL three months later which they would know if they actually ever successfully tested the system with us. They replaced the spa light which looked terrible and then stopped working all together after several weeks. So, now that I hired another contractor to come in and repair/fix this entire mess and get the automation to work they have the flow setup properly and I come to find out that Trident installed the wrong heater - they installed a Propane Gas Heater instead of a Natural Gas heater which is what we are setup for so now I need a conversion kit to further fix their screw ups. None of this is quality work and what I would consider great attention to detail whether you’re a Navy Seal or not!!! Do your homework, get every detail in the agreement, and still go somewhere else!"

"We are so happy with our pool. Shawn and his team were always in communication. They made the process easy for us. The staff is professional and working with Marlie and Brittany. Marlie was our main contact and she was great. We saw a lot of Justin, the lead, and Justin who was here with workers. Joey has been here since completion and provide excellent pool maintenance. Everyone was respectful and professional. Shawn was always updating us on schedule and made the completion on time. We also had a birdcage installed and it’s perfect. I can’t say enough about the honesty and integrity of this company. So very glad we found them. I highly recommend Trident and their team. We’re so happy with our pool. Absolutely love it."
