"Treated by Gladys myself and my mother treated by coworker. Told she accepts appointments and also walk-ins. Shampoos, coloring and hair treatments. Last time went was left waiting quite a while and Gladys attended more to her appointments and ignored anyone who was a walk-in. When you are supposed to be welcomed. Left went home days later cut hair at local barber closer to home. Things change! Today mother treated well came in as walk in no appointments well attended and Quick. Mother colored and hair treatment while other individual was also helped. Before and after affect with coloring of mothers hair. Took mom today got her cut as well as my own."
