"Norm and his team have serviced our pool since we bought our house 6 yrs ago. They have been great and we had a good relationship. Then a month ago, poof, they didn't come. After repeated calls, about 4 where I left messages, as well as a number of texts with not one response, we had to start cleaning our own pool, which was emerald green from not being serviced for 2 weeks, took us another week to get it clear. If they needed to stop servicing us, for whatever yhe reason, the professional thing to do would have been to RESPOND to one of my messages or send a letter advising us of yhe situation. We we good customers. Never had an issue. They just dumped us. Was like getting the middle finger. Great pool guys, HORRIBLE communication. I'm sad about this. But I guess we just weren't important enough to try and communicate with."

"I called Norm and he came out immediately. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done by years of bad service. The pool was green. I spent a month & over $200 at Pinch -A-Penny trying to fix it myself. Norm had a blue pool in 4 days!! Showed up 4 days in a row to backflush all the algae. Also vacuumed 5 pounds of sand from the pavers being sealed."

"I’ve had Anthony with Bella Pools for over 4 years. I honestly can’t give enough accolades for exemplary customer service. If I have an issue, I text him, and he responds. I didn’t understand all the pump mechanisms (how to use spa, how to heat pool, etc) and he came and explained it to me. He also placed permanent stickers on pipes, etc, making it easier for me to understand. He’s thorough, professional, very friendly and their monthly fee is very affordable."
