"Issue after issue. Little to no communication. Weeks of no work being done and excuses as to why. Left the pool and deck a mess that we had to spend over two hours cleaning to even begin to use. Was told our driveway would be blocked for only one day and it ended up being a week. Owner got his money and have gotten no response since when contacting about the pool pump not working correctly. Never on time, didn't pass first inspection, completely destroyed our sprinkler system and didn't get the lounge step like we were told we would get in the pool. We complained several times and were assured of dates work would be done but then wasn't. Asked for more communication and never got it. Owner showed up unannounced only when he wanted more money. Overall unpleasant and frustrating experience through the 5 month process. After talking with a neighbor that had their pool put in around the same time by Cool Water, they had very similar complaints."
