"Very unsanitary! They wanted to use dirty brushes on my hair. Had the audacity to say it was my hair on the brush when the hair was clearly white (I have brown) and the brush had tons of lint. I saw a roach walking up the wall about two feet in front of me and I told the hair dresser. She did not react at all. They hacked my hair using dull scissors and the end product was not even remotely close to what I asked for. Hair dresser was taking phone calls and texting while cutting my hair. I should have walked out then and highly regret not doing so. I would’ve been better off at Supercuts."
