"Rumi is an excellent nail technician and I would not think of going to anyone else despite her very limited English - BUT when I call to make an appointment and cannot get ANYONE on the phone that speaks English it forces me to go elsewhere. Zora will not feel the loss of my business, but it is a shame that she may be losing other business because the FIRST contact cannot accommodate both English and Spanish speaking existing and FUTURE clients. And just so it's clear I have nothing against Hispanic people - my 4 grandchildren are half Cuban. But one needs to run a business encompassing all segments of society."
"I didn’t like it AT ALL, the lady that did my nails cut my ring finger 2 times, the only reason I went was because there was a cheap Groupon for it! I got another one as a gift and I was told when I made the appt “you’re only allowed to use one Groupon we don’t get paid for it” I’m the customer. I don’t need to know that!"
