"Luis and his team are absolutely great. I have had issues with my pump and Luis has taken the time via text and phone to diagnose the problem and then come out and fix any issues. Always great communication and very hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about all of my pool products and the newest products on the market. I had a new salt system added to my system and Luis walked me through all the settings and setup after install. Always a phone call away and willing to help. Luis and his team truly care about the pools and equipment they service. Hands down the best service I have received since building our new pool."

"Pinnacle Pool and Spa has serviced our pool several times since it was built a few years ago. The owner, Luis and his son have been such a delight to work with, and he is honest. He is highly knowledgeable about high end pool equipment and parts. Our pool has a lot of technical components and they have added automatic fill and drain valves, helped to update our system, and helped us to trouble shoot things when the pump wasn’t working. They’ve replaced our lights and much more. Luis has always been responsive and always came when he said he would. The 2 negative reviews that Pinnacle received is for the wrong company since they are a small family owned company and they don’t even build pools. They provide pool part/repair/installation service for the equipment. We’ll continue call Pinnacle Pool and Spa as the equipment for our pool ages (even though it’s relatively new). We highly recommend them to anyone, as well as to our friends with pools."

"Luis has been out to service my pool equipment several times over the years. He installed a new gas heater for us a number of years ago which we still enjoy very much. More recently, he came out to address some valve issues I was having. There should be some sort of accreditation for someone like Luis which might be something like "Master of Pool and Supporting Equipment" which should be extremely hard to attain and only held by someone like Luis. His knowledge and understanding of the ways of the pool are truly unique. He quickly is able to address issues that I didn't know could be fixed and he does it with honesty and integrity. As an example, I thought I needed to replace a very expensive automated valve which would cost several hundred dollars. Luis quickly explained that the valve was fine it just needed a new and cheap O ring. Highly recommend Pinnacle Pool and Spa!!!"
