"I drove an hour away to be racially profiled and mistreated by an older woman who works in the perfume department of the store. She asked me a total of three times did I need help and did I want a bag after I told her no initially. I was only there to pick up a perfume I bought online so I decided to smell others while I was waiting for my order to be ready, every perfume, I picked up to smell, she followed me around to make sure I didn’t steal it. It was super uncomfortable and it made me feel so bad because I don’t even steal.. I work hard to afford the things that I want. The woman was so close to me that when I turned around, we bumped into each other.. I will never shop here again and ill be returning the perfume. The woman was so fixated on me, she neglected the others who needed her assistance ."
"Shopping here is pretty basic just like every other Ulta. However be prepared to remind them that you have points you want to use, they won't ask. Also be prepared for the look of shock and confusion when you bring up your points... annoying and unprofessional."
