"I hadn’t come back in a long time, and I’m so glad I did! The service is great! The products and services offered and even the little extras are amazing than they ever were before! I will return and keep coming as many times as I can! It has clean facilities, the staff is friendly and the end results for my nails and how they look, I am never disappointed! Definitely give this nail salon a try, I’ve gotten my appointments done with Karen Andrea, and she’s great! It is very organized and even while waiting for my mom’s appointment, I was offered a coffee and it was so tasty and free! Also, there was a little design and everything. And the prices are great! It’s so rare to find these low prices nowadays. And it isn’t at the sacrifice of lower quality products or techniques. Truly I tell you, give them a chance, you won’t be disappointed!"

"After going to Michi Nails for five years, I have decided that I will never return. This nail salon has deteriorated since its new ownership. While aesthetically it’s nicer in terms of the massage chairs and other details, all of the experienced nail techs left, and the nail techs remaining are completely inexperienced and some of them are very unprofessional. In a matter of months, I have been cut TWICE during a pedicure. Recently I had an appointment with my usual nail tech, but she was supposedly running late and I couldn’t wait so I had to do my nails with someone else. This lady was extremely nice and kind, but unfortunately, she was very inexperienced as a nail tech. She cut BOTH sides of my big toe on my left foot. My toe wouldn’t stop bleeding and it was so unsightly to see blood all over the tools, the towel, and her hands because she wasn’t even wearing gloves! How extremely dangerous and unhygienic to have a nail tech not wear gloves and try to stop the bleeding with her bare hands. She kept using this white chalk on my cuts and I just kept wondering how that chalk gets disinfected for the next person that gets a cut. In hindsight, at that moment I should’ve just gotten up and left, but I stayed, hoping that she wouldn’t cut me again. To my dismay when she moved on to the next foot, she managed to cut me again! So in total, she cut me three times. Because of the delays due to my bloody toes and the fact that it was making it difficult for her to paint my nails, the entire manicure and pedicure took a total of two hours, which is absurd. I paid and left in a huge hurry as I was now running late. The following day my big toe was red, throbbing and it hurt to walk. I was also supposed to wear high heels for an event the next day but couldn’t because my toe was cut and swollen on both sides. Not to mention, I was really worried about getting an infection. The worst part is that I gave the owner another opportunity to rectify the situation. I called the next morning very calmly and explained that yet again, one of her nail techs had cut me. She got extremely aggressive and started to drill me on why I didn’t say anything to her in person. I said first, it was awkward for me to have said something in front of the nail tech, and secondly, I was in a huge rush because the whole process took over two hours and I had to leave. She began to get loud with me and insisted that I should’ve let her know in person, even though I called less than 24 hours later. It seemed to me like she was missing the point. Obviously, she lacks professionalism and customer service. All in all, I paid $65 plus tip to have my feet massacred and to be extremely uncomfortable as I walked for days. I also had to constantly apply an antibiotic ointment because I was worried about an infection."
