"Moms DO NOT take your daughters here! I took my daughter (7) to get her nails painted and to enjoy some mommy & me time. When we first arrived the older lady that was doing my daughter's nails was soooo sweet and kind to my daughter. Unfortunately, she had an appointment that arrived shortly after she started working on my daughter. The older woman was then replaced by a younger woman. At first, she seemed to have an attitude, but then when I asked her to please do my child's nails in the pink massage chair (the one meant for little girls) she agreed and even helped to carry my child to the chair, so I just figured maybe the perceived negative attitude/ body language were likely a cultural misunderstanding and proceeded to enjoy my pedicure. As I watched this trash bag paint my child's nails I realized my daughter was not having a good time. I checked in with my daughter a few times to ensure she was ok and sure enough, she wasn't. That miserable and truly sorry excuse for a nail tech was being mean to a 7 year old little girl, to the point of making her eyes water. I asked her to please speak to my child kindly. She shrugged me off and proceeded to treat my daughter poorly. I immediately asked to her to please stop touching my daughter. She ignored me and kept "working". I then yelled for her to stop touching my child and she continued. I then had my daughter get up and sit next to me. As I explained to my child that it's not ok for ANYONE to make her feel that way. I was so upset, I kindly explained to my nail tech that I wanted to end my appointment. I offered to pay for a full pedicure, but I refused to stay after that whole ordeal. He understood and helped me get my things. That disgusting trash of a human decided to be exactly what she is (a low life, who frankly, would serve society waaaay more by organizing paperclips in a room just as dark as her heart) she decided to say "bye" in the nastiest tone to my daughter and I. At that point frankly, it took everything in me not to give her a piece of my mind. As I was trying to pay the owner came out and was inquiring about what happened. As I explained to her what happened, she tried to make me feel better and say I didn't have to pay. I insisted on paying my nail tech and she refused to charge me. After a heated exchange of words with that nail tech, my daughter and I left. Moral of the story here moms, save yourselves the headache, DO NOT COME HERE."

"I will never bother coming back to this place especially after having the lady who sits at table #12! She did a horrible job and you clearly have to tell her what to do. First of all the whole nail is not fully covered in the polish , she didn’t bother cleaning up before placing in the LED after you explain to her that it’s wrong , I have bubbles on my nails and previous to that she cut me on all nails like 4/5 nic and she then blames me for having too much skin . I am going to make sure that they are aware of what a horrible job this person does , I don’t even feel bad at all and who runs this place ?! They don’t even care . Already chipped too. I’m so upset I paid actually and I only tipped her $3.00 please avoid TABLE #12!"

"I recently switched nail salons because my last salon Tai Nails has been doing a poor job lately. The nails were coming out too thick and the paint gel was peeling after a day. So now at yes nails they do a great job with the thickness of the nail, designs, and gel polish. The only downside is sometimes they have difficulty understanding what I’m saying. Overall the nails look great and last a lot longer than my old nail salon."
