"They cost us $90 for nothing and the owner will not even return my phone callS. I went in and explained that our spa was flooded in hurricane Idalia and I just needed the price and availability on a new motor. One of the salesman said it was under warranty which I disputed saying again that it was flooded. The gentleman behind the counter said that he would need to verify our purchase date and if it was less than 5 years it was under warranty even if it was flooded. We did not expect it to be covered under warranty and was honest about it flooding immediately. They called after verifying we purchased it only two years ago saying it was under warranty and we would just need to pay a service call of $90. The service technician came out, charged us the $90 just to tell us it was flooded and is not covered under warranty. The owner will not return my calls regarding the charge or to even give us a price on a motor. Having to pay for home repairs after the hurricane was bad enough and then to have this happen."

"Manager refuses to refund our refundable deposit of $200 after we decided to cancel the purchase and explaining our receipt was lost. He refused to run our card or mark us out from their sales book, for the purpose of us possibly finding it later and receiving a double refund. Extremely unprofessional for a business of their size, especially when the the manager told us they keep a one year record of their clients so the whole double refund is ridiculous. I’ll be claiming fraud on our CC and update here if they decide to make it right."

"These guys know pools and chemistry! No matter what's happening to your pool, they know exactly what to do. We've lived here 42 yrs and always had a pool. We've learned that Mr Pool is the best place to get understanding and information on pool & water care from season to season and believe me, it changes all the time. Especially now with climate change. Mr Pool is expanding to accommodate the growing needs of the area. I'm glad to see it. They know what they're doing and they won't screw you for a buck. Just good honest advice, excellent products, and fresh chemicals all at fair prices.....even post pandemic! You won't be sorry."
