"Hired Limitless back in March to service our new pool. The service was great to start until recently. This week we had our pool service as usual on Monday morning around 9am. Around 4-5pm I noticed the pump was not running so I went outside to check and the panel was open on my pump and it was turned off. I turned it back on, bit knowing that this was not normal, I checked my cameras to see if someone was in my yard messing with stuff. I saw where Ben had come to service the pool and he turned off the pump to service which was fine. But while while checking this out he was on his cell phone the entire time in one hand and just dragged his vacuum across the pool, not even getting the entire pool vacuumed including our sun self. He went to brush the walls and just just 1/2 way brushed to tiles, not even brushing the side walls of the pool, steps or sun shelf. The basket in the pump was not emptied, the pool chemicals not even checked which I was told is part of my weekly service. I called Ben at 5:02 hoping to speak to him no answer and l left a message. I received no call back. This has me to wonder if any of the other times has he done what he was told he would be doing. I do not recommend this company at all! Thank you!"
