"Walking into this Pinch-a-Penny, after my Salt Generator failed and I had a 'Green' Pool as a result, I encountered Miten (the new Owner) - with his guidance and advice - the pool issues were fixed in short order, (I am back to a clear, pleasantly swim-able pool) - but more importantly - the maintenance process (time and effort needed to maintain a nice looking pool) has been significantly reduced with the recommendations I received from him. I was left thinking "why did I not do this years ago". The overall feeling was of helping me out of my 'green' predicament - and into a chemically stable, eminently swim-able pool. "These guys are amazing to work with! A special thanks to Sean and Miten at the Ridge Road store. I am so happy with my experience and will be calling on them for any future repairs. We had two pool lights that needed replaced. I called a couple of different recommended pool servicing companies and couldn’t even get a call back. I called and would speak with someone or leave a message and nothing... After a couple of days of this, I gave up on them and I called Pinch a Penny. I was immediately impressed and given amazing service from the point of my initial call all the way to the completed project. When I called, I first spoke to Miten. He was very professional and polite, and assured me that he would have someone out to look at the lights ASAP. I got a call later that day! I spoke with Sean, the technician and he came right out to take a look at the light situation. Sean followed up with me the next morning and let me know how much the parts and labor would be and got me scheduled for install just a couple of days later. Today, everything was finished and I have working pool lights! It took me longer to try to get in touch with a different pool company, than it took for these guys to fix the problem! That is wonderful service and deserves to be applauded. I was so impressed with their sense of urgency, their level of communication with me, their kindness, professionalism and most of all- that they did what they promised they would do.
