Yandle's Splash Time Pools

"From the initial on site meeting with Mike to the selection of tile and colors this has been a great experience. Although it's awhile before we break ground, I'm sure the end result will be awesome. Will update as we progress. ### Update ### Mid Feb started construction. Have the pool shell poured. Late April all the plumbing installed. Waiting on inspector to approve. Big wait was for letting the pool shell harden. Can't rush that part. Pool all finished July. Did some changes during the construction and Yandles accommodated no problem. Bottom line... very impressed with all the workmanship during the entire project."

"Would give negative stars if we could. Absolutely awful experience. Horrible communication. They left trash everywhere. The workers all chain smoke. We were never shown how to use the equipment. Have had to drain and refill the pool twice since they were here. Do not use this company"

We had water issues after I told them how bad our water was. They never showed us how to work the equipment or maintain the pool. Horrible communication."

"From start to current state, there has been an issue after an issue after an issue. From them not respecting our property when they were putting our pool in, to having to come back and regrout certain areas because of poor initial workmanship, it has been issue after issue. Now, I'm finding little pieces of glass in my pool from the tile cracking or breaking. Not only that, even though they came back and regrouted certain areas that were also falling in my pool, I now have those same areas cracking as well as other areas because of a poor grout job. I'm not even sure where to go from this. While the pool looks beautiful, when you look closely, the fine details are terrible. I'm not sure that I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I definitely would not recommend getting glass tiles on any pool. My pool is 5 month shy of being 3 years old and I still can't believe it's already having these sort of issues happen. Yandles, you need to do something about making sure when you put pools in people's homes, that you actually give them a quality product. I have paid quite a bit of money in hopes of receiving a product that was worth what I paid. Clearly your workmanship does not live up to what you promise your customers. Update; 8/22/23: 2 out of 3 of my Pentair pool lights aren't working... Expensive junk! Still no response from Yandles..."

"Very easy process, excellent result. I read reviews before hiring them and did note that some people were frustrated with a lack of a schedule but I don't need to know exactly what day they are coming so I didn't care and adjusted expectations. They also have to wait on the county to come inspect along the way. If you email them, they respond every time. Otherwise, they'll be there when the specific crew that's needed for the next step gets to you. They are installing alot of pools, not sitting around. Expect a waitlist from all the options right now. They also provided a step by step guide on the building process in the contract so maybe just read the contract? There are different teams like the excavation guys, concrete guys, fencing guys etc. All of them were polite and hardworking. I always offered water or to let me know if they needed anything and they always came prepared with their own of whatever they needed. Some of the guys are v young so I was initially kinda like "I hope they know what they're doing." Spoiler alert: they do. We got several quotes and theirs was one of the lower priced ones. The other cheaper quote we got from another company might as well have been drawn on a napkin. Yandles' quote and documentation were clear and professional. We have no complaints. The pool is beautiful and I can finally garden until im melting, dip in the pool and get back out and garden more. The kids love it too. 5 starts, would recommend."
