"My wife Denise and I would like to thank Brenda and the whole team at Family Pool Spa & Billiards. Through the late summer and early fall we were looking for a Hot Tub. We were not looking for the best price, just the best fit for us. We went to every place from Crystal River to Orlando. And all places in-between. One day we went to FPS&B while we were out on the bike. We were greeted so nicely and we explained what we have done, where we had gone and things we have seen. Brenda showed us around and we had 3 we were really interested in. We talked for awhile and I finally said, well we will think about it and come back another day.... The wife and I walked outside and she looked at me and said, she really liked one of the tubs in particular and maybe we should go back in and run the numbers. We did, and we were very pleasantly surprised. We bought that tub that day... Within 10 days it was at our home. I think there has been a total of 2 days we haven't been in it. The rain and lightning kept us out of it. All I can say is thank you. Thank you to Brenda for her knowledge and excellent customer services. We are very happy. "We purchased our new Caldera spa about three weeks ago. This is the second spa that we purchased at Family Pool and Spa. Brenda, our sales associate is very knowledgeable about their products, and she answered every question in detail that we had. There was no high pressure whatsoever, and we felt comfortable and took our time in selecting a model. I must add that Brenda is very personable, and we could tell that she is honest and a person of character. She gave us the best deal possible. Delivery was nearly flawless, the guys who brought the spa were very conscientious and friendly. They explained everything before they left. "Came in back in Feb to purchase a pool. Had spoken with Brandy on the hone and gave me quotes for several models. Went to the shop the following day, spoke with Eddie regarding the various models and later that day, after confirming yard space requirements purchased the pool. Now, they do not have an installation team, but provide you with sub contractors that you can then choose and hire to handle the installation if you are not up to doing it yourself. Our installation went pretty well, a few hiccups, but nothing to do with the shop. Now the water fill and evaluations begin, and they were so super helpful in helping us get the pool and and ready for swimming (if you like swimming in 70 degree water of course). Few weeks go by, continue testing and swimming (cold water and all). Eddie and the team there are very helpful and we have been enjoying life with a pool. 6/23/22 our neighborhood was hit with a microburst and my neighbors tree takes the pool out. We were destroyed, 4 months and 1 day old and the pool may be gone. Watched a ton of YouTube videos on metal, bought some tools and actually got the wall back into shape. Visited the store, needed a few new parts to repair that which was broken, and sure enough, they had everything needed in stock and out the door I went. They treated me very nice on pricing, and the fact that I didn’t have to wait for parts to come in from the factory was simply amazing. Now, I’m saying from my heart, this will be the only place to buy pool supplies from as long as I own the pool. They care about their customers, even after the sale, and that is not something that everyone can say. Thanks Family Pool and thanks again Eddie."
