"The employees there are not very helpful. One girl asked if I needed help and I asked her a question because I had no idea what I was doing which I mentioned, she answered like she wasn't interested and just walked away instead of actually helping me."
"The place is beautiful! But when I went, there was this one cashier who was really rude and disrespectful. She kept looking at me like if I was going to steal something and that wasn’t nice she was behind me all the time acting like she was stocking items but she wasn’t doing anything. I have no idea why she would think I would steal something. When I got to the cashier there was this woman before me paying the cashier asked for her number to see if she had points but when it was my turn she never asked for my number or anything. I thought she was going to ask but she didn’t when I saw my payment had went through already. I was waiting for her to ask. When I told her about it she was rude and said “well I don’t have a mind to think about that you should’ve told me”. That was extremely rude! I told her she was supposed to ask just like she did with the other lady and that everytime I buy there they ask but she was like “oh well you can call customer service and ask if they can redeem your points”. Sally’s is such a great place and you guys have really nice staff but this lady or cashier whatever she is was extremely RUDE. Hope you guys see my review and help me out because that is pure discrimination."
