"Clean environment. Friendly service. They have free bottle water & fresh made coffee. The hairstylist knows her hair. Also, what hairstyle & color goes with your bone structure. I wanted to cut& dye my hair but I didn't know what to do so I gave her the freedom to do anything to my hair. I LOVE the end result. Coming back definitely."
"This salon was very unprofessional. If your looking for good work done you don’t come to either location. I was assisted by Layles on the 8th E location, when I was getting my service done I noticed she wasn’t doing what I asked for or showed on the picture. When I asked her I was given and attitude “ where she can give me a attitude if she wants “ after this I had to come to the second location to Ruth who was only trying to defend the previous location. Ruth told me I was probably giving Layles an attitude. Ruth let me know that there was nothing she can do for my hair the was half bleached and not even at all. She said she can only leave me the way I came in with dark hair. I don’t suggest this place at all."
