"This was my first time at this salon. I came in on a Saturday at 9:30am with no appointment. Elena told me she had to put some color on another lady, so I only waited till 9:45 to be seated. She was extremely nice. I told her I wanted a short cut and to remove the black color in my hair. (I have long black hair). I love the work she did and she didn’t damage my hair. Normally other salons I’ve been to dry my hair out and have me in their salons all day till closing. Elena finished with my hair at 2pm. I was so pleased. She also cut my three year old daughter’s hair. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Once I arrived they took my temperature. They have great care of the customers, everything is disinfected and clean. They’re very careful with social distancing and the staff always disinfects the whole area when done with a client. I felt safe and on the other hand they have amazing customer service and treat everyone kindly. I felt very satisfied with the service received and I really recommend this salon."

"This was a terrible experience. Unfortunately Elena was very disrespectful to my mother and I. We had an appointment at 11:30 am on a Saturday. We kept waiting since she had other people that she was working on. We patiently waited until 12:30pm. At that time she told us that she is going to put color for another customer who came way after us. We agreed since she said it takes only 5 min. After 15 min I told her that we've been waiting for 1 hr and 15 min and she said she will be done soon, we waited another 10 min and then decided to leave. I found this very unrespectful and bothersome. She chose to do the color that would pay her more over my Mom's hair cut, a middle-aged lady who's been waiting patiently for more than hour after her appointment. I absolutely don't recommend this salon."
