"I went in for a relaxer, and a haircut (pixie cut) I also got my hair colored, my hair came out completely ridiculous . She cut off most of my hair and didn't even cut my hair the way I wanted my hair to be cut . I left the salon looking horrible , I ended up going next door to the barbershop and had them fix up my hair. At the end I ended up tipping her $20 on top of my $115 because I felt so bad but it was definitely a waste of money."
