"Poor customer service. Asked for a balayage, paid $250 for it plus $20 tip and got highlights instead because the owner (blonde one) said she misunderstood what I was asking even though I clearly showed her two pictures. I showed her the two pictures and simply stated that I just wanted the color a little darker. I did not realize when I left because she had curled my hair and everything looked good, but the moment I washed my hair and straightened it, I noticed I basically had highlights. She even claimed I did not show her any pictures and that she, in fact, did balayage when I returned to ask if she could fix it. She stated that whatever she did to my hair was a balayage technique, but any individual who is not a hair stylist thinks of balayage as the pictures displayed below. She wanted to charge me $90 "to add a few panels" of lighter color to my hair with Olaplex, but I refused. I already paid for the service I wanted when I paid $250 and did not get what I asked for in return. I also did not know if these "planks of color" would even look good...."

"These women will transform your hair. I had damaged blond highlights and Carolina rehabbed it, tamed it, and made it luscious. The color is incredible and the texture is always healthy. They achieve rich colors, with dimension and depth. And it always feels like I'm going to see family when I visit. They always strive for perfection. Caro is my girl, but I love all these ladies! I have seen Monica create incredible colors and cuts. Highly recommended."
