Last week, I visited for an eyebrow service, and unfortunately, I discovered upon returning home that half of my eyebrow had been removed. The technician had painted over the missing part. As a result, I now have to consistently paint my eyebrows, and the regrowth process is prolonged. However, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of my visit. Hair stylist José provided excellent service, and I am pleased with the outcome of his work. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that improvements can be made to avoid similar incidents in the future with others. My $15.00 dollars for the services were reimbursed."
