Finding a good place to get a bikini wax could be frustrating, because there's always the risk of having a bad experience or receiving mediocre service, but not at the Art of Skin. Lau makes you feel very comfortable. She doesn't rush the procedure and is super gentle. I could tell she's an experienced esthetician by how quickly and efficient she was at removing the hair. The facilities are clean and well lit, the environment is very welcoming. She also offers other services which I can't wait to try, like facials and massages. Scheduling an appointment or making changes to a pre-existing appointment using her online system is hassle free and conconvenient.
