"horrible place, would not be back!! I had an appointment scheduled and the nail girl called Margo arrived 25 minutes after the scheduled time, she was very unprofessional but that was just the beggining... she complained about having to remove the dip powder i had on, by being very undelicate and rude she removed it halfway and then stated: oh it does not matter if it is not removed completely. She painted my nails and left my cuticles with gel."

"No wonder why this place has 3.7, just by reading the reviews you can see the type of business this is. I feel bad for the receptionist (very nice girl) that has to work in a place like this. My daughter went there for mani and pedi and they did a horrible job. When the manager returned my phone call he did it with an attitude and screaming over the phone but it doesn’t surprise me at all, this is the normal in Miami. HORRIBLE PLACE."

"My boyfriend and I went to this establishment to get pedicures. He is of black descent, and due to a previous situation from the other Unique Nails in Doral, was already hesitant in going. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and told how long the wait would be, which was a lot better than our previous experience. When it was our turn we both sat down. The individuals who worked here assumed we did not understand Spanish and what they were saying. We clearly heard one of the nail techs state she is not doing his pedicure and proceeded to help a girl who came in after us. It was clear as day why she didn’t want to do it and it was clear that this environment and the culture of those who worked there believed it was okay to treat someone this way. They refused a customer for ignorant reasons and this was very disheartening on top of disrespectful. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I think it’s disgusting they have those types of people even allowed to work there. I wish I would have gotten the name of the nail tech, she does not need to be in customer service with such a negative and ignorant view of others. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE."
