"I scheduled an appointment for my 87 year old grandmother at 11:00 a.m. one week ago, and they kept her waiting for 2.5 hours before they even started on her. Not to mention, they did an awful job at polishing, cutting her cuticles and did an awful white tip on red nails which she did not request. She has polish on the skin of her nails for crying out loud. They charged my credit card twice because they are completely clueless on how to use their own merchant machine. I asked to speak to a manager who simply said I would be refunded for one charge and hung up on me. Insanely unprofessional. What a mess of a salon. Do not recommend it !"

"No wonder why they have a 3.4!!! What a BAD customer service. I was a walk in wanting to get my nails done. No one greeted me, there were two girls sitting with no customers and neither of them was willing to ask me what service I needed, they just say “ choose a color”. I do not recommend this place at all."
