Starbucks

"First, sorry for my english, we went to this Starbucks with my husband, I ordered only an iced matcha with water, nothing else, because I know matcha is only green tea leaf powder, and it doesn’t have sugar, at first, I felt a soft sugary taste, and then I start to feel weird, a little bit dizzy, and I asked to the worker about the ingredients on the powder, she told me that Starbucks matcha powder does have sugar in it, and I was very shocked because they do not advertised that, I was in a 17 hours fasting and the first thing I’ve tried was this sugary drink, I’m a hypoglucemic, and is not funny, you know? Right now I’m having a huge peack of glucose and insulin in my bloodstream. If Starbucks wants to adulterate noble ingredients like matcha thats fine but they have to advertise it in their coffee shops, I definitely not going to return. (Emma, second manager, was very nice and the stuff, obviously it’s Starbucks fault)."

"Okay it's time for an update. Now that coronavirus has been gone for about 2 years, I'm writing this review in late September 2023. As you can see from the pictures the inside looks much nicer. Overall I would say its back to normal. They have two great managers in Ralph as a district manager and Mike as the general manager (See them at the table). Their coffee is still great and they're still a great place to get a cup across the United states we're here in Jacksonville Beach Florida."

"Always have a good experience here. The baristas are always polite and friendly. They get super busy for being a smaller size establishment. The parking can be a little difficult at times but it's along a busy road so it fills up quick. The seating area is decently spaced out with lots of outlets to charge phones or laptops."

"After our morning walk on the beach, wifey and I stopped in to grab a warm drink. This location had a very large dining area. We both tried one of there seasonal sips coffee drinks. I had the Caramel Brulee Lattee (which was very good) and she had the Peppermint Mocha (her drink wasn't so good, we both didn't like it) but hey you never know until you try it."

"This store is clean, fast, friendly, and consistent. It is obvious that they work very hard to get people their coffee quickly (especially in the drive- thru)! There are a lot of beach-goers that frequent this shop and it seems to have a lot of regulars! Tyler is the store manager and he has a great way of connecting with customers and fixing any issues that may arise. The store is 2 blocks from the beach and is a great spot to stop, grab coffee, and walk doen to watch the sunrise (they have 1 hr parking spots!)."
