"I am a Naples resident. I had my nails done but my nails broke/chipped after a couple days and they didn’t get my entire nail bed so it looks like I need them filled already. So I went in for a repair. I believe it was the manager/owner that repaired my nails (I originally had a female nail tech.) felt like he was talking about me in his native language. Very unfriendly!!!! He was rude and argumentative the entire time when I told him that my nails typically last 2 weeks without this happening. Never apologized once for my inconvenience and to make me a returning customer. When I asked him to please get the entire nail bed so it doesn’t look like I need a fill, he completely ignored me! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor customer service!!!"

"Terrible experience here. I came in for an acrylic removal and manicure. The tech took 30 minutes to remove 6 acrylic nails and she continued to burn me with the tool. She was going SO fast and couldn’t understand a word I was saying. She cut my cuticles open to the point they were bleeding. She then put some powder on it to stop the bleeding which caused my whole finger to turn orange. I ended up leaving in the middle of the appointment. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family."

They aim to please and go above and beyond for what you want. If you aren’t satisfied, they insist on making it right. The place is clean and modern with fabulous massage chairs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. It will be my official new nail place! 10/10 Thank you Regal!"

"I was from out of town and needed fills done. I don’t think they like people from out of town. Not real friendly. Did a horrible job on my nails. Didn’t fill anything, just filed them down and put clear polish over. Said I had a Enough white showing. Unbelievable. I have never had such poor service. Felt like I was bothering her by coming in. Will never return even if I do come back to Naples."
