"As soon as I walked in the receptionist just stared at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there and I had to initiate the conversation. As a former waxing studio receptionist, I was baffled. I go back to the room to get my eyebrows waxed and once I laid down Veronica just starts waxing. I was expecting her to take a second to look at my brows, ask me what I like and map them out, but she did not. In the eye brow wax description on her booking site it says she’ll fill them in, all she did was conceal and gel mine it looked like. Once I got home I looked at my brows and she had missed quite a few hairs and I had to pluck them. I hate, hate the super fluffy brow look, but she didn’t really care to ask what I liked so I walked out with the fluffy brows. I felt like I was taken advantage of because I am a teenager. Unfortunately I will not be going back."

"I went for a consultation with Veronica, she was very kind and very informative. I booked a treatment right away for my eyebrows. Due to stress my eyebrows have been thinning. (I used to have very thick, full eyebrows) and over the last six years plus I have been very self-conscious about them and having to basically draw them on every day. I saw her this past Saturday for the Ombré brows, she did an absolutely amazing job.
