"After booking an appointment early in December, a young lady called and asked could she reschedule for a week later, of course no problems. Today she calls me one hour before my appointment and wants to reschedule it for next week. For a simple haircut. Absolutely Disgusting customer service, I will never, ever use their services. Not good for a newly opened salon trying to get good revues. Think twice"
